Tony Gnap is an Australian Fitness Model and Certified Personal Trainer. She always had an active lifestyle. She is 28 years old. She grew up in Canada but currently living in Australia. She is an IFBB Fitness Pro as well.
In an interview, she confirmed that good physical condition was flowing in her family. Her favorite exercises are deadlifting and leg exercises because both are directed at the whole body and good strength exercises. Her training schedule will make some men think of masculinity. She works 6 days a week with one day off. Her workout routine will put a lot of men in shame. Her best three tips for looking good are: eat clean, train hard and sleep well.
Tony loves the diversity of her diet; the main source of protein is chicken, eggs, fish and whey protein powder. It strongly believes in complex carbohydrates and healthy fats, including oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, eggs, peanut butter, fish oil, avocado, etc.

She uses her Instagram account not only to upload the exercise and to inspire photos and videos, but also to upload selfies and gymnastics photos, as she is one of the biggest fans of gymnastics.
‘Gymnastics focuses on balance, flexibility and basic strength. Gymnastics must maintain a healthy diet to compete at a high level. Appropriate technology and monitors can help reduce injuries associated with gymnastics, Tony says.
