Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my site / blog. I started this site because it was only logical for me. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for more than 30 years.
I love sports, I see them and I practice them, although I am not as fast as I have been in years, I can still go out with young players. I love playing and watching basketball, soccer, mixed martial arts and baseball. I really love the arts, I’ve had a large part of my life since I was a teenager.
I like work, lifting weights, stretching, exercising in the heavy bag, but running or running is not just something. I do not know why, it’s one of those things that I can not access. I receive many heartbeats and kicking a heavy bag 3 times a week.
So I created this site / blog in an attempt to instill some knowledge of how to train properly, I know people who go to the gym and spend an hour alone in chest exercises, that’s crazy! Intensive short exercises proved to be more effective than longer sessions.
My intentions are to teach you how to get the most out of your workouts in the shortest possible time, not everyone has hours in the day to exercise and do not need to do it, and you can get the same results that are done from your home in the gym.
